I did it, folks. I completed 30 days of the Whole30 diet and here are the real deal results!
I came across Whole30, a 30-day challenge that helps cleanse your body from all the things we shouldn't be eating in the first place. It's supposed to make you feel energized, lose weight and start a healthier lifestyle. I don't think it's feasible for me to never have another piece of chocolate but we'll see.
